Bodrum Ortakent House Featured in Home Art Magazine
In the September 2025 issue of Home Art magazine, interior architect Onur Özgül’s Bodrum Ortakent villa was featured in an extensive article.

With its unique location opening to the sea and beach, this residence combines the comfort of both summer and winter living, while redefining the concept of “subtle luxury” through Onur Özgül’s vision.

Defining his design philosophy as “living as if inside a superyacht,” Özgül created a fluid living environment that merges maximum comfort, high technology, and elegance within limited space. The signature radius curves, used in both the façade and the interiors, natural marbles, custom-made furniture, and carefully selected lighting elements give the project its unique identity.

The villa, composed of the main structure, an independent guesthouse, and multiple living units, reflects the flawless balance of functionality and aesthetics. Every detail highlights Özgül’s passion for design – from lighting and furniture selection to marble craftsmanship and kitchen design.

This feature in Home Art magazine stands as a strong example of Onur Özgül’s approach to redefining “subtle luxury.”
